Body Trim: We offer the body with or without the traditional Ranger package side trim, in matte Volcanic black powder coat finish, or traditional bright finish. ICON designed stainless steel grill and tailgate insert. ICON designed, CNC’ed aluminum side marker light and taillight guards powder coated Volcanic black. ICON designed stainless steel rear view mirrors and door handles.
Body: Built like a tank. An all original, premium condition, stock Ford steel body. Removable hard top and doors. New Ford licensed replacement panels as needed. The body is finished by hand and painted using top quality automotive finishes while fully disassembled. We generally prefer matte finishes, yet your ICON Bronco can be finished in any color you want, with traditional gloss or matte surface.
Interior: Polyurea floor surface coating. Removable rubber plugs for drainage. Large gun safe rated black powder coated stainless steel locking center console with audio sub-compartment and four large cup holders. Gas assist lid, interior lighting, cigarette and USB style power ports. Standard front seats feature floor track and recline control. Standard seat surfaces finished in top quality OE German marine rated vinyl. Optional front seat carbon fiber heat elements (with controls in center console). Optional rear two passenger tuck and tumble, removable seat. Optional locking steel storage vaults. Optional designer Chilewich interior upgrade (for all seats) includes Chilewich seat inserts and floor mats. This woven textile upgrade adds utility in its ability to absorb and transfer heat and is beautiful to the eye and touch.
Instrumentation & Dash Controls: Reliable American made Dakota gauges (MPH, RPM, oil pressure, fuel level, engine temperature and volts). Full function in dash A/C, heat, defrost system with aluminum aircraft black anodized vents (4). Submersible high beam floor switch. Jewelry grade dash knobs are CNC’ed out of alloy, then hand engraved and enameled. Instrument panel integrated LED lights indicating turn signals, high beam, parking brake, check engine and more. Center dash mounted stainless hex bolt provides 140 degree LED for dash illumination. 12 volt marine rated power ports in dash and in cargo area. Multi-adjustable Learjet supplier sourced CNC’ed aluminum black anodized sun visors with polarized dark tinted shields. Locking black powder coat finish ICON stainless steel center console with gas-assist lid, interior lighting, USB and cigarette power ports, dual cup holders and more.
Electrical Systems: ICON MIL Spec wiring harness, ignition and dash switches. Triple seal connectors, cross-link wire, and in-cabin sealed fuse panel. Isolated Ford factory engine harness. LED lighting in and out, including headlights. LED courtesy lights tied to door sensors (including tailgate). 75 AMP Ford alternator. Optima battery. Optional Battery Trickle charger for long storage.
Steering Systems: Designed for mild power effect, and maximum control in all environments. PSC Stage Four (4 rotations left to right) steering box. 14.7:1 mild ratio for safe high speed off-pavement control. Nascar style alloy GM type II high efficiency pump with remote reservoir. Single turn stainless steel steering shaft with Borgenson joint. One ton steering arms and ends. Ididit designed custom tilt collapsible steering column. Hellcat 16” steering wheel.
Fuel System: Non-vented 21.0-gallon powder-coated black steel fuel tank. Mounted in the rear of the vehicle, boxed by the frame plus steel skid plate. Stainless steel system plumbing (hard and braided lines). Large serviceable fuel filter, in-tank fuel pump.
Parking Brake: Isolated to rear brakes by shrouded stainless cable. Floor actuated with dash warning light.
Brake System: Common US parts based power assisted four-wheel, slotted and vented, disc brakes. ABS master cylinder creates boost without engine vacuum. Stainless steel system plumbing (hard and flex lines).
Optional Sport Brake Package features Stop Tech designed six piston front and four piston rear calipers with dedicated parking brake calipers, T4041 two-piece hat rotors, hudroboost assist.
Suspension System: Platform specific design featuring 12” true wheel travel front and rear. Four wheel coil suspension, with triangulated four link rear, and radius arm/Panhard front. Fox Racing 2.5” Emulsion shocks, Eibach coils. Tunable front and rear sway bars. Heavy duty Johnny joints and .250 wall 2” O.D. equal length steel control arms. Optional Sport Suspension package upgrades to Fox Racing 2.5 Nitrogen charged shocks with remote canisters.
Axles And Differentials: Custom built 3/4 ton-1 ton Dynatrac Dana 60/44 based solid axle assemblies. 4.09:1 ratio. General driveshafts, with 1310 joints, high strength steel shaft bodies. Optional ARB front/rear locking differentials with air compressor.
Frame: The original Bronco frame is updated with Art Morrison crafted 2"x4"x 0.180" mandrel-bent mild steel rails utilizing state of the art bending technology to create a rigid, wrinkle-free frame rail. All accessory mounts are precision laser cut and formed to exact dimensions. Chassis-specific jig tables are used, and all welding is completed by certified welders. Wider rail positions, enhanced rigidity, better weight distribution.
Transfer Case: Purpose-built Atlas II transfer case is competition proven and freeway friendly, too.
The Advance Adapter's Atlas II 3.0:1 low range (optional 5.0:1) and 1: 1 high range transfer case is CAD-CAM designed and CNC machined for off-road performance, without sacrificing on road performance. The one-piece case with structural access cover is manufactured of heat- treated aluminum alloy. The gears are precision machined and are supported by needle roller bearings that are matched to finely finished shafts. The shafts, including the bulletproof 1-3/8" diameter, 32 spline rear output shaft, are fully supported on tapered roller bearings. The Atlas transfer case also features the convenience of synchronized shift on the fly capability. While Twin stick controls allow individual front and rear axle manipulation for maximum control.
Four Speed Automatic Transmission (optional) Ford 4R75W transmission Equipped with a special pressure solenoid, which has higher pressure than the stock solenoid and a performance pressure regulator spring. This four speed transmission with overdrive gear is controlled by a stand-alone ECU and wiring harness.
Intake System: Isolated air box with cold air intake source. Utilizes factory Ford components.
Exhaust System: Steel headers into a custom single exit computer controlled mandrel bent exhaust system with high flow stainless muffler. Ceramic coating option available.
